BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Andy Hudson is a veteran ice hockey official and respected leader with more than 35 years of experience officiating at the youth, junior, collegiate, and professional levels. Andy has officiated 10 USA Hockey National Championships across multiple youth divisions and spent 25 years working junior and minor professional games, along with NCAA and ACHA college hockey.

Andy has been deeply committed to officiating development and education, serving two terms on the board of the Missouri Ice Hockey Officials Association. During that time, he created and led the MIHOA Development and Education Program, helping establish a stronger pipeline for training, mentorship, and advancement. A visionary for recruitment and retention initiatives, Andy has spearheaded officiating camps that provide development and training for younger officials while also raising awareness and funds for college scholarships.

In addition to serving as USA Hockey Central District Evaluation Coordinator, Andy has worked extensively as a supervisor and evaluator for regular season, playoff, and championship events. He also brings a multi-sport perspective to officiating, working youth and high school basketball, and remains passionate about supporting officials during their educational journey.
